new colorsA week ago, in its Tokyo Game Show, Sony showed of four new controllers for the PlayStation 4. These controllers will come in gold, silver, steel black and crystal (translucent).

Steel black, silver and gold will be launched on Nov 6th, while a clear plastic crystal will be available from Dec 3rd. Although these launch dates are only for Japan, silver and gold controllers have been announced for Europe, too. We don’t have any information on western launch dates, though.

Talking about hardware colors, the hard drive bay cover will get new color variants, too. Following Nov 6th, console itself will be available in gold, silver, yellow, red, pink and purple. Nevertheless, no western launch plans on this are given there. When it comes to a wireless round headset, it will be launched on Dec 3rd in Japan, again, and its price will be approximately $100.
