Fallout 4 is an incredible game, probably one of the best video games in 2015. If you like the plot and the setting, you might be interested in taking a chance with this massive game. It’s the type of game that requires putting hundreds of hours into it and, let’s face it, that doesn’t come as a surprise. But, it’s the very beginning that is the most difficult part of the entire gaming experience. Not to let you give Fallout 4 up after just a few hours, I’ve decided to share a few tips for getting started in the wasteland!
Focus on the Main Story Missions. Side missions are alright, but in order to get yourself up to speed, it’s better to do several main story missions first. That will get you geared and leveled up, as well as stocked with the right perks necessary on the tougher missions you’re going to stumble upon. After a couple of hours into the game, you might be introduced to the workshop, the most complex (and a whole lot of fun) part of the game. It’s probably too much for a gamer at the very beginning, so come back when you feel ready for such an experience. You’ll like it very much!
Talking about the perks, in Fallout 4 they are the way to gain new abilities. In order to be able to do and see everything you want in the wasteland, you need to grab the right perks. The first targets should be locksmith and hacker, the ones that will allow you to pick locked doors and hack computers. Charisma can help you intimidate or persuade people, which is rather useful sometimes. A few XP enhancing are, of course, essential.
Get enough sleep to heal wounds and regain health. It means using no resources and, yet, it’s very effective. Nevertheless, you’ll need to find a bed which can be a rather daunting task from time to time. Once you find it, clear out the nearby enemies and try to grab an hour of sleep.
If you have already played and, maybe, got bored of Fallout 4, you might be in a mission to find a similar game to play in days to come. Check out games like Fallout 4 to find out something suitable for a gamer like you!
