When online gaming is concerned, only one thing matters the most – winning! No one likes to lose, particularly when it costs the game currency to play the finest mode available for the game. Plus, you cannot bear the squeezing pain of defeat. So, here are some Hearthstone Arena guides and tips to increase your chances of winning.
Value the Kill Cards
Hearthstone matches resemble a dance. You play a minion, your rival plays a minion. The match goes on, mana reserves enhance, and more creatures come on the board. You have chances to become the next Desert Fox, buy if your rival has the capability to wipe the board and you don’t, you will land in a crucially bad spot. Spells for creature removal like Cleave, Holy Nova, Multi-Shot etc are very important cards to have.
Have to Go Fast

It is usually accepted that the arena decks are a type of mess. Mana curves are scattered all over the place, a bunch of minions you never see in a nicely constructed deck and sadly most decks are quite slow. You can benefit by this by seizing up early game pressure creatures like Leper Gnome, Amani Berserker and Faerie Dragon. If these are not available, many of the mana 3/2 archetype creatures like Knife Juggler, Acidic Swamp Ooze, Bloodfen Raptor, Youthful Brewmaster, etc will suffice and get you a nice Coin combo upon turn two. You need not have the fastest deck, it only has to be faster than your rivals.
Keep Away from Risky Decks
Turn one rolls and you can see a Molten Giant, a Murloc Warleader and a Big Game Hunter. How cool will it be to create a Murloc deck? It isn’t cool. It might be built, but not in arena. If your goal is to win, don’t try to construct themed decks. Turn one may support the argument, but what about the rest 29 picks? What will happen when you have a Murloc Warleader and a deck having no other Murlocs? This can also be said about Hunter beast decks, though it’s a bit easier to pull off because none of the basics for an Unleash the Hounds combo decks are legendaries, rares or epics. It may not be as glamorous, but has safe picks, the Dark Iron Dwarves, the Venture Co. Mercenaries, the Shattered Sun Clerics. They will give you definite performance with no gimmick.
Don’t Ignore Taunts
You may be under an impression that you have planned everything, but here’s what you haven’t planned. Stranglethorn Tiger, Leeroy Jenkins, Ravenholdt Assassin, Wolf Rider, Arcane Golem, Argent Commander – i.e. primarily, large creatures with stealth or charge. There are situations where it’s inevitable to suffer damage, unless you possess a shrewd secret or a big barrier to hold them back. Sen’jin Shieldmasta, is an absolute must. If you don’t see him along the way, smaller creatures like Goldshire Footman or Frostwolf Grunt can sacrifice their lives to keep you away from being mowed down. Additionally, if your mana curve is not enormously friendly, they can offer you some early game choices for board control.
Considering all these rules, there are still chances for you to run into the guy drafting six swipes as a Druid. RNG forms a part of arena and indeed makes it fun at times, and an entirely different experience from building. Though you want to win, fun is also your primary goal while playing. If you lose, but can chuckle about it, that is also a kind of win. Consider these rules, have them floating in your brain and do your best to win over your enemies.
